The empty container positioning costs continue to increase rapidly at the time when we are endeavouring to provide sufficient numbers of empty containers in order to provide you uninterrupted service.
For this reason, the following amounts of “Empty Equipment Repositioning Surcharge -2 (ERS2)” will be applied for all shipments going to USA as of October 6th, 2024.
ERS2 will be added on top of the ERS amounts we have announced on July 15st, 2024.
(The vessel departure dates are taken as basis for application) ;
