Bulutistan, which grows as a Turkish company that produces its own software and solutions and has strong R&D hardware; The "Bulutistan Customer Summit 2023", which was started while celebrating the 100th anniversary of our Republic and will become a tradition, brought together the Turkish IT industry.

As Turkon, we received our award by being among the first 3 customers working with Bulutistan at the event, which was held at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamış Marina with the participation of nearly 400 industry representatives and where the future of the informatics industry was discussed.

Kaan Ormancı, Deputy General Manager of Regions and Digital Technologies, and Gökhan Topraktepe, Turkon Line Information Technologies Manager, attended the award ceremony.

Mr. Kaan Ormancı said in his statement; “As Turkon Line, we always prioritize data security and business continuity in our digitalization vision in the International Maritime Transportation industry. While most companies do not dare to keep their data outside, we started using Cloud technologies in 2011. We started to work with Bulutistan in 2015, anticipating that we will receive a higher quality, faster and safer service. The point our partner has reached today has proven how accurate this prediction is. Also, in conditions where it was difficult to supply hardware during the pandemic period, we completed our S4 Hana implantation and were able to go live without any problems in this area. In addition, according to researches, the energy consumed in the communication and information sector is 25 percent of all energy. Turkon Line has greatly reduced its carbon footprint by using cloud systems since 2011.”
